Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on 33bw are handled exclusively through bKash, Nagad and Rocket. These three mobile banking methods are the only accepted payment channels on the platform.

4.1 Deposit Conditions

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳300 — the same for each method.
• Funds deposited into the account must come from the member's own payment account.
• Deposits from a mobile banking account registered in a third party's name are not accepted.

4.2 Withdrawal Conditions

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500.

4.3 Suspicious Transactions

Bonuses and Promotional Offers

Bonuses and promotional offers on 33bw are provided under specific conditions. Failure to meet these conditions may result in the bonus being cancelled.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members can receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. For example, depositing ৳1,000 adds a ৳1,500 bonus, bringing the total balance to ৳2,500 — and a total of ৳30,000 (i.e. ৳1,500 × 20) must be wagered before that bonus amount can be withdrawn.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

• The wagering requirement for bonuses is 20 times the bonus amount.
• No winnings from a bonus can be withdrawn before the wagering requirement has been met.
• Certain games do not contribute to bonus wagering, or contribute only partially — the detailed conditions for each bonus will be stated separately.
• If the wagering requirement is not met within the set time, the bonus and any related winnings will be cancelled.

5.3 VIP Cashback

33bw's VIP program has four levels: Bronze, Silver, Gold and Platinum. Cashback is paid each week based on net losses — up to 0.3% at Bronze, 0.6% at Silver, 0.9% at Gold and 1.2% at Platinum. An example for a Gold member: if net losses in one week are ৳20,000, the cashback is ৳20,000 × 0.9% = ৳180.

5.4 Bonus Abuse

Using unusual betting patterns, game manipulation or multiple accounts to gain bonus benefits will be treated as bonus abuse and action will be taken against the accounts involved.

Fair Use Policy

All members must follow the policies below for the smooth operation of the 33bw platform:

• Using any form of cheating, software bots or automated systems to participate in games or betting is prohibited.
• Attempting to exploit any technical error or vulnerability in the platform to gain an unfair advantage is not allowed.
• Demeaning, threatening or harassing other members is strictly prohibited.
• Misconduct toward the support team or making false complaints is a punishable offence.
• Any attempt to bypass the platform's security measures will result in immediate account closure.

Betting and Gaming Rules

7.1 Sports Betting

• The official result of the relevant match is final for settling bet outcomes.
• If a match is cancelled or postponed, the stake for that bet may be refunded or settled by an alternative method — specific rules apply in each case.
• In a multi-bet, losing any single selection means the entire bet is lost.
• Bets accepted after odds have changed will be settled at the new odds.

7.2 Casino and Slots

• Each game has its own RTP and payout structure, as set by the game's developer.
• If a game is interrupted mid-round due to a technical issue, the stake for that round will be refunded.
• Game results are controlled by Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, which is fair and verifiable.

Account Suspension and Closure

33bw reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close an account in any of the following circumstances:

• Violation of any clause of the Terms.
• Evidence of fraudulent or deceptive activity.
• Evidence of bonus abuse or operating multiple accounts.
• Extended inactivity (prior notice will be given after a specified period).
• The member requests account closure themselves.
